Welcome New Families and Students to MLSD and FMS
We are excited that you have chosen Moses Lake School District and Frontier Middle School as the next step in your child’s education.
The purpose of this page is to help make your student(s) enrollment as seamless as possible.
The first step in the enrollment process is to call Tammi Miers, Registrar, at 509-766-2662, ext. 2249 to schedule an appointment as early as possible.
Please bring the following documents to the appointment to best facilitate the process:
- Your student’s birth certificate
- Vaccination records
- Proof of the address- this may be a bill or rental/mortgage agreement which shows the parent or guardian name and the address where the student resides.
- If there are any special circumstances, i.e. a parenting plan, please bring a copy of the official document to place in the student’s permanent file.
- Registration Packet Paperwork/forms (available for pick up, or on our website in the FMS Counseling page).
After your student is officially enrolled at Frontier Middle School appointments may be made to speak with your student’s counselor to develop their schedule. We strive to have students schedules developed and the student starting within 24-48 hours of registration.
