Hello Frontier Families:
Effective Monday, September 13, 2021, our Parent Drop-off & Pick-up location will be moved from the west side of the school building to the east side of the building.
The new location for Parent Drop-off/Pick-up will be on Dogwood. A map of the area is included, please see the green highlighted line on the map which indicates the new location.
A staff member will be located along the drop-off/pick-up line. There are two (2) access points in the fence that students will enter, then walk across the field to the cafeteria entrance. Another staff member will be located on the porch area just outside the cafeteria...this member will have line of sight while students are crossing the field.
This decision is based on the safety of our students. After witnessing the return to school drop-off in the morning and pick-up in the afternoon the first couple days (observing bus & car jams, students crossing in front of cars, and students arriving late to school), it became apparent that we needed to adjust the process. Our goal is to support our students arriving and exiting school safely and timely.
Please drop-off & pick-up your student on Dogwood, next to the Frontier field fence, as seen in the section on the map that is marked green and labeled, "New Parent Drop-off/Pick-up" with a green arrow pointing to the location. This will also alleviate the need for students to cross traffic.
